What we believe in
K21 Communications was founded on the belief that ideas shape societies. The original ambition in 2023 was to build a small, sharp communications agency where analysis, narrative and strategy could take center stage, while leaving room for parallel engagement in non-profit policy development. A value-driven, high-integrity, founder-led boutique firm.
We believe in a positive and optimistic vision of societal development, where individual rights, market economies and innovation are essential drivers. Where entrepreneurship is not a special interest, but a prerequisite for prosperity, choice and long-term progress. This conviction runs through everything we do. As companies, organizations and investors began reaching out, K21 grew through trust and recommendations from satisfied clients rather than advertising or self-promotion.
Today, K21 is a small team working closely across public affairs, regulatory risk and public relations. Our assignments range from launching and repositioning brands to building and supporting CEOs and experts, and to advocacy and opinion-building aimed at driving real societal change.
Our goal is simple: to contribute something positive to society every day. We actively encourage civic engagement beyond the office, and experience from politics, policy or civil society is an asset that often strengthens our perspective.

Meet the Team
Founder and CEO
Gustaf Drougge
Before founding K21 Communications, Gustaf held various leadership and communications roles across the political, healthcare, public, and financial sectors.
He has a background as a political advisor for the Moderate Party at both the national and local levels, as well as experience as a senior consultant in strategic communication. Drawing on his leadership experience from both the public and private sectors, including healthcare and finance, Gustaf combines a strong understanding of organizational dynamics with deep expertise in political strategy, media relations, and advocacy.
Public Affairs Specialist
Evelina Kogsta
Prior to joining K21 Communications, Evelina worked for the Moderate Party as a political advisor at various levels, including the Swedish Parliament, the Stockholm Region, and several municipalities.
Evelina also has a background as a policy expert at Almega, the Employers’ Organisation for the Swedish Service Sector, and as Press Secretary for Stockholm Pride. With extensive experience in political communication, policy development and public affairs.
Public Relations Specialist
Anton Johansson
Before joining K21 Communications, Anton worked at the Government Offices as Press Secretary to the Minister of Gender Equality and Working Life. He has broad experience as a Press Secretary, including roles at IVO, the Health and Social Care Inspectorate, and for Liberal Party leader Nyamko Sabuni, and has also worked as Head of Employment and Labour Market Affairs for the Municipality of Kiruna. In addition, Anton has served as Chairperson of Liberal Students and as an adjunct member of the Liberal Party’s national executive board.
Creative
Erik Johnsson
Before joining K21 Communications, Erik worked as producer and creative at free market think tank Timbro.

He's a designer and photographer with experience in brand development, communications and organizational leadership. His expertise lies at the intersection of strategic communication, creative project management, and political strategy.
